Ours is operated by Lysio LTD ("Ours", "we", "our", "us"). Ours is a private shared space for two people in a relationship. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Our promise

Ours is private by default. There are no feeds, no followers, no public profiles and no ads. Everything you create is shared only with the person you're paired with - never with strangers.

2. Information we collect

• Account information - your name, email address, and the sign-in method you use (Apple, Google, or email).
• Relationship information - your relationship start date, partner, and preferences you set during onboarding.
• Content you create - daily answers, date ideas, memories, photos, game moves, hints, and time-capsule entries.
• Device information - basic technical data needed to deliver the app, such as device type and app version.

3. How we use your information

• To create and maintain your account and pair you with your partner.
• To deliver the core features - daily questions, games, memories, and notifications.
• To send notifications you've opted into (for example, when your partner answers the Daily).
• To keep the service secure and fix bugs.

4. What we never do

• We never sell your data.
• We never show your content to people outside your couple.
• We never read or use your private content to advertise to you.

5. How your content stays private

Your couple's data is protected with row-level security, so only you and your partner can access it. Some things are kept hidden on purpose - for example, your Daily answer isn't revealed until you've both answered, and your "Our Year" photos stay sealed until New Year's Eve.

6. Data retention

We keep your information for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete your data within a reasonable time, except where we're required to keep it by law.

7. Third-party services

We rely on trusted providers to run the service - for example, Supabase for secure storage and authentication, and Apple/Google for sign-in. These providers only process data as needed to operate Ours.

8. Your choices

• You can control notifications from Settings at any time.
• You can review and delete your own content in the app.
• You can delete your account, which removes your couple's shared space.

9. Children

Ours is intended for adults in a relationship and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

10. Changes to this policy

If we make meaningful changes, we'll let you know in the app and update the date above.
