These terms ("Terms") govern your use of the Ours app and website (together, the "Service"). The Service is operated by Lysio LTD ("Ours", "we", "our", "us"). By using Ours you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

1. What Ours is

Ours is a private shared space for two people in a relationship. It lets you share daily questions, date ideas, memories, games and more with one person - your partner.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Ours. By using the Service you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Accounts & pairing

• You're responsible for keeping your account secure.
• You may only pair with one partner at a time.
• Only pair with someone who has agreed to share this space with you.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use Ours for anything unlawful or harmful.
• Attempt to access another couple's private data.
• Reverse-engineer, copy, or resell the Service.
• Upload content that violates the law or another person's rights.

5. Your content

You keep ownership of the content you create. You grant us a limited licence to store and display it solely to operate the Service for you and your partner. We don't claim ownership over your photos, messages, or memories.

6. Availability

Ours is currently in beta and provided "as is". We work hard to keep it reliable, but we don't guarantee it will always be available or error-free, and features may change over time.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ours shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Service.

9. Termination

You can stop using Ours at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a harmful way.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll post the updated version here and update the date above. Continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms.
